1x01 : Pilot (Espion Malgré Lui)

Le jour de son anniversaire, Chuck, qui est informaticien, reçoit un mail de Bryce Larkin, son ancien camarade à Stanford. Bryce est l'homme que Chuck aime le moins au monde, depuis qu'il l'a fait viré de l'Université et lui a piqué sa petit amie de l'époque, Jill, que Chuck n'a jamais oublié. Chuck, en ouvrant le mail, se retrouve en possesion de tous les secrets de la CIA et de la NSA... Il ignorait tout de la nature de ces images, jusqu'à-ce qu'il rencontre Sarah (agent de la CIA) et Casey (agent de la NSA) qui sont envoyés pour protéger l'"Intersect", c'est à dire lui...

1x02 : Chuck Versus the Helicopter (Hélico, Presto)

Quand un docteur, qui est censé avoir la solution au problème de Chuck, décède, Sarah et John reportent la faute sur l'un et sur l'autre. Les deux agents essayent de convaincre Chuck que l'autre est responsable et maintenant c'est à Chuck de décider lequel des 2 il croira... Qui choisira-t-il ?

1x03 : Chuck Versus the Tango (Tango, tango)

Big Mike (le manager du Buy More) confie à Chuck une mission afin qu'il prouve sa motivation pour le poste de manager assistant.
Dans un même temps, le jeune homme apprend, non sans angoisse, qu'il va effectuer sa première mission d'agent secret sur le terrain. Sarah et John ont en effet besoin de lui pour identifier un redoutable tueur surnommé La Ciudad...

1x04 : Chuck Versus the Wookie (Brillante mission)

Carina, un agent de la DEA, doit s'emparer d'un diamant avec l'aide de Casey et Sarah qui appartient à un gars dangereux dirigeant un cartel de la drogue. Mais Carina, selon Sarah, est très imprévisible, mais Chuck ne la croit pas et ne prête pas la moindre attention aux mises en garde de Sarah. Il aurait dû.

1x05 : Chuck Versus the Sizzling Shrimp (Double Vie)

Alors qu'il sort d'un restaurant chinois, Chuck flashe sur une dénommée Mei-Ling Cho, une espionne chinoise. Casey et Sarah décident alors de la surveiller et ont besoin de Chuck pour les aider mais Chuck avait prévu de passer du temps avec Ellie et Morgan. Ellie commence à désespérer et à regretter de l'avoir poussé à se trouver une petite amie.

1x06 : Chuck Versus the Sandworm (Un Ver de Trop)

Chuck rencontre par hasard un homme tentant de fuir et veut l'aider. Il l'identifie, grâce à l'Intersect, comme un agent fédéral. Mais il hésite : doit-il le livrer à Sarah et Casey ou doit-il cette fois ne rien dire ? Il va prendre une décision et vite le regretter...
